We only offer a replacement if the product received is damaged or defective. To qualify for a replacement, you must follow these specific requirements:
You must record a continuous, 360-degree unboxing video of the package. This is mandatory for all claims.
The video must start before opening and show the shipping label clearly. The recording must be a single, uncut clip.
Once your claim and video are verified, you will be asked to ship the product back to our official address.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned parcel at our warehouse, we will dispatch the same product as a replacement.
We do not offer monetary refunds; resolutions are provided via replacement of the identical item.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Slight differences due to screen brightness or photographic lighting are not considered defects.
Returns based on personal preference or change of mind are not eligible.
